Amazing restaurant worthy of its one-star Michelin. From the moment the door opened for us, service was impeccable. Every morsel brought before us was impactful, even if it was a mere small bite. The Somm was very patient in explaining and helping us choose our drinks for the night. With every dish put on the table, much care was given in giving its history and thought process behind it. We felt the dishes really elevated what Thai spices could bring to the local cuisine, even from different parts of Thailand. Astounding dining experience which I am glad I made reservations for to celebrate our anniversary.

Definitely some material for another star! The experience starts with a kitchen tour (actually a glimpse) and a rooftop view, though I don't know whether it pays off really. The food is so well balanced. No complicated stories with overwhelmed messages, yet full of surprises in a positive way. The appetizers are 10 out of 10. However, I am not sure of the presentation of the main dishes. I understand it is a representation of a Thai family serving all the dishes all at once so that you can feel free to taste this and that at your own pace. But the food got really cold at the end without any heaters keep warming up the food under the air conditioning. Don't get me wrong! The food were exceptional but it is such a waste not to have them hot. I would rather have the desserts all served at once at this point. Another weakness is the place got really noisy when one table has a child wandering around and another table keep picking up calls. Plus, a recommendation would be serving coffee or tea at the end of the set to refresh and settle down everything. And probably directly have guests starting their experience on the rooftop to calm everyone down with the superior view.

From start to end it was an amazing evening. The view of the Palace was a surprise. Enjoyed Walking through the kitchen, viewing area and finally the dining area. A nice touch to display the ingredients as some are unusual. Personalised table card and menu a nice touch. First time for a mocktail pairing. I am visiting from Australia and took my family who live in Bangkok for a unique dining experience. Thank you

The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and I have no personal complaints about the people who served us. Unfortunately, the overall experience was much more complicated than it should have been for a dinner at this level. Our first course, a chicken skewer, was served in the kitchen before we were seated. I found a hair in the dish and immediately pointed it out. Since we were eating in the kitchen, the kitchen team was aware of what had happened. The staff were polite and handled the moment well, but there was very little follow-up afterwards. Then, after the dinner, we were helped into a taxi and left the restaurant. Only after we had returned to our hotel were we contacted because the wine had not been paid for. I was of course happy to settle the bill, but it was quite surprising to discover this only after we had already left. A manager subsequently contacted me, but the conversation focused mainly on settling the outstanding payment rather than addressing what had happened with the food or the overall experience. The payment was eventually settled by email. What disappointed me most was not any one incident, but how many basic operational issues happened during a single dinner. It is honestly unusual for me to leave a restaurant with this many separate things to think about afterwards — even at much more casual restaurants, I rarely experience this level of miscommunication in one evening. The food, setting and concept are impressive, and the staff themselves were very nice. But for a restaurant with such a strong reputation, I expected much better coordination and follow-up behind the scenes. The contrast between the lovely staff and the rather disorganized operation was unfortunately quite striking. 3/5
