Cool vibe with decent food! My son absolutely loved the salmon croquette. All of the other dishes were well seasoned as well. The grilled cheese with pesto dip was a bit too salty though.

My boyfriend took me to try out his late friend’s restaurant, Okasan, last month, and everything we ordered was over-the-moon, mouth-wateringly good. The vibe was very chic, with a huge hint of red. 💃🏻 All the dishes came out pretty quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long between each dish either. Below is the list of what we ordered: 1. Crispy Grilled Cheese with Shiso Pesto Sauce 2. Hokkaido Corn Tempura 3. Wagyu Yukke 4. Gyu Steak Fat Fried Rice 5. Grilled Edamame 6. Wagyu A4 Nigiri The service was incredible. I was emotional over the show Crash Landing on You on Netflix while we were at the restaurant, and I had tears coming down my face when one of the servers spotted this and brought over a large stack of tissues for me. It was soooooo sweet of her and made my impression of the restaurant and experience go from 100% to 10,000% 🥹🥹🥹 But to divert a bit - my boyfriend (Jung) and I would like to thank the person behind Okasan, Bon, who was not only a great restaurateur but also a great friend. If Jung could talk to Bon one last time, he would want to tell him how amazing the food is, that he misses him every day, and that he wishes he was still here ❤️

Japanese restaurant with very cool, modern, and captivating atmosphere. Love the red themed, style and decoration. Creative and interesting menu. Unfortunately, did not try their signature cocktails. But the Japanese food was great with a bit of twist, and the service is quite accommodating.
