One Yoga Bangkok

I took my first Yin Yoga class this morning. The place is very beautiful, and I felt very welcomed. I was a little nervous because it was my very first time, but I quickly felt comfortable thanks to the atmosphere and the warm welcome. The Yin Yoga session was really great. I enjoyed it a lot. I will definitely come back. Thank you :)

Very nice studio - quiet and spacious. Had a great class with teacher Babe - very lovely and nice energy. Since they just opened it’s pretty quiet and I had a private class basically. Thanks especially for the little massage at the end of my shavasana 🙏🏻

I had an early morning Hatha Yoga class with Seal which felt like a private session. She has a wonderful energy that’s calm and soothing. As a beginner, she went above and beyond by physically putting my body in the correct poses, which was so thoughtful and wonderful! Highly recommended!
