Grreat place to work out. The equipment is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. The trainers are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Motivating and welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels, especially those who wants to get serious into fitness.

A gem! Gym with best-in-class equipments and facilities. Friendly owners and superb coaches. The coaches are highly attentive. They will call out immediately if your form is not proper and may cause injury. Class structure (I went to OT Upgrade) was very well organised and easy to follow. Starting from wram up, light exercises to activate your muscles, follow with heavy exercises, then close it with cool down. Staff do clean the floor and equipments after each session. This place has the industry-best equipments for everything. (e.g. East West, Technogym, Assault, TRX). Physical therapy (RLT) is also available here! All (literally, all things) are ready, so just get yourself there to push hard and get the most out of your session(s). Will definitely return!
