Orange House

As a potential customer seeking directions, I expected a certain level of friendliness and helpfulness, which unfortunately was completely lacking. I had visited the establishment solely to park my vehicle briefly and ask for directions. However, instead of being greeted with a warm welcome and assistance, I was constantly bombarded with inquiries about whether I wanted to dine at the restaurant. It became apparent that the staff's primary focus was promoting their eatery, rather than assisting customers with their inquiries. Despite clarifying my intention to simply seek directions, the persistent approach of the staff members was not only frustrating but also displayed an unwillingness to address my request. Their constant push to convince me to dine there made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer who genuinely needed assistance. Unfortunately, due to this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend Orange House to others. The lack of friendliness and unhelpful demeanor of the staff made it clear that providing exceptional customer service is not a priority for them. What's more it appears that the staff were Japanese and a disgrace to their culture.
