The food is exceptional. Was soup watermelon rind gives a tingly sourness on your palettes. Crab omelette was over flowing with crab meat. Pork curry is good. Fried rice is great for sharing! The vegetables was exceptionally good. The stir fry and flavours bring it a unique taste.

I chose Paste Bangkok for my first Michelin dining experience, and I had dinner there on December 3, 2025. It turned out even better than I expected. The food was delicious, and I felt very comfortable throughout the evening. I enjoyed every dish—the mix of traditional Thai flavors with Western cooking made everything rich and interesting. I also really appreciated the warm and professional service from the staff that night. It made the experience unforgettable.

I can't stop thinking about this dinner. Every dish was exquisite! My favourite was the one with the purple flowers (can't remember name). We all left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. The food was obviously fantastic, but I'd love to point out how amazing, professional and caring the staff are, especially Om - thanks for making this night super special.

Food should be warm, hearty and enjoyable, not cold and pretentious. To be clear, the food at Paste was competently made, but for ฿4,600 a head (pre-tax), and with michelin star, I expect a lot more than competence. The lunch tasting menu began with several small courses and while each was beautifully presented, they all shared similar flavour profiles, and none were particularly memorable. The mains were decent, we had the crab curry and beef stew served with rice, and while they were plated elegantly, they were served lukewarm The most enjoyable part of the meal were the desserts which were an inventive and creative twist on local flavours. It is truly a shame because the ambeince was fantastic, and the service was impecable, but the entire experience was let down by the frankly sub-par food, and outrageous price tag. The restaurant was empty on a weekend afternoon, we were literally the only diners and with the price tag and the food served, it was obvious why. For a city renouned for its food culture, this meal was truly the single most disappointing experience of my trip.
