About
Vietnamese spot next to Bitterman on Silom, serving reliable pho bo and spring rolls. The team is welcoming — one reviewer was handed a cold beer while waiting for takeaway. One of the more consistent Vietnamese options in the area.

Great little Vietnamese spot right next to Bitterman. I ordered takeaway and they served me an ice-cold beer while I waited — super friendly. I had the pho bo and the spring rolls, and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Quick service and tasty food — definitely worth a stop!

This small pop-up (part of Bitterman) has some of the best pho in Bangkok! Highly recommend if you’re craving pho or other Vietnamese dishes.

Nice little pop-up store with shared space inside Bitterman. Been eating here since they were at Siam Paragon. One of the best places to get Pho and other Vietnamese dishes.

Negative Reviews
Definitely not the authentic Pho you’d expect from a local Vietnamese restaurant but yes the presentation and quality seem to be there.

If this were advertised as Vietnamese fusion, I would understand it. But everything from the very chewy noodles to the broth to the cut of beef felt different from pho in Vietnam. Is the quality decent? Yes. But does it satisfy your craving for pho? I'd say no because it lacks that Vietnamese authenticity.
