I really enjoyed the vegetarian options here. The egg pho, with fresh veggies and lime, was very flavorful. The plant-based fresh spring rolls were my favorite.

Banh mi was delicious. Fresh ingredients - herbs, vegetables and good meat. The staff is really nice.

I struggle giving Pho14 a perfect score but because I really enjoyed the overall meal, I feel 5 stars is justified. For the Pho, I chose the Pho special beef. The beef cuts and the other ingredients were very good. However the soup was lacking that beefy broth flavor I expect in a Pho. Almost like something was missing. By far the best dish I ordered was the Goi Cuon fresh spring roll. This was without doubt the best spring roll I have ever tasted. It was packed full of pork, veggies, cut noodles and the tastiest sweet shrimps. Dipped in a yummy peanut fish sauce, this was one of the best bites of Vietnamese food I have tasted. I also purchased two bahn mi sandwiches for takeout. The grilled pork and the sliced beef. Both sandwiches were full of good quality meet and crunchy vegetables. I really enjoyed the pickled cucumbers in the Bahn mi. The Vietnamese baguettes were also very good. Not really much atmosphere in this newly opened Phenix mall location. I imagine the main branch will give you a better dinning experience. The servers were very good though.
