10/10 Barre class!! I’ve done plenty of barre classes in my life and this was my first in Bangkok. Super challenging. Class was done in perfect English. Big appreciation to Paan the instructor who was amazing. Beautiful studio and changing rooms - can’t wait to go again 🌴🩷🫶🏼

I really enjoyed the class at Physique Erawan the energy, instruction, and atmosphere were all excellent. It’s definitely one of my favorite gyms in Bangkok so far. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and effective workout experience!

We attended a drop in class with Muay. I can only say that it was a highlight of our stay in Bangkok. The studio is upscale and the ladies change room is well stocked with everything you need. The class is challenging with our fabulous instructor doing the class in Thai and in English and giving personal attention to everyone. The classes are small and high energy. We absolutely loved this studio and especially Miss Muay. I have taken barre classes in North America and in Europe and this was the BEST. Next time we are in Bangkok we will be back!
