Pilates Bangkok - The Balance Pilates & Physio

I found The Balance Pilates Studio during my pregnancy and I had some wonderful prenatal 1:1 instruction. They truly understand how to help the body through all phases. I am now working postpartum to help my recovery and to help me rebuild my strength again. Every instructor I have worked with is very knowledgeable about the body and extremely professional. I highly recommend the studio for anyone who is recovering from injury or chronic pain, or even pregnancy and postpartum, I am so happy to have found them.

Had a great private session with the teacher Dada. The booking process was easy (through Line), the place is charming, and the session was so fun! I feel so elongated and relaxed afterwards. Would love to come back every time I visit Bangkok! Edit: I came back for a second time today. My session with Lookyee was so good and fun. They definitely know how to train their instructors well!

This is the first Pilates studio I tried in Bangkok, and I don’t want to switch. I usually attend Pilates group classes here, and I’ve had a very positive experience. The location is convenient, the studio is clean and comfortable, and the classes are well organized. I especially appreciate that the instructors and staff can communicate clearly in English, which makes the sessions easy to follow and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place for Pilates, and I’m very happy to keep coming back.
