Pilates Plus Bangkok

I’ve been to a instructor Gam reformer class today and it was amazing. Well structured, a lot of hand cues and technique explanation. The instructor was super positive and welcoming. The small size of the class is perfect so everyone got attention and corrections from instructor🫶🏻

It was my first time trying this studio through ClassPass, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Nong Rin was so sweet and welcoming. The locker room is fully equipped with shower and haircare essentials, which really stood out compared to other studios I’ve been to. This place has officially become one of my new favorites! Today I took a class with Kru Fern she explained everything so clearly and with so much care. I was truly impressed with the whole experience.

I am a mat and Reformer instructor from Canada, and I was missing Pilates so much while in Bangkok. Solution found! I went here for Opal’s Hot Mat Mastery! She is so strong and calm in her practice, and I was definitely challenged and eased at the same time. I’m going back! Thank you!
