POM GYM BJJ & Muay Thai

Came for a drop in class. Gym community was welcoming and friendly. People here were great to roll with and there was a strong emphasis on techniques and control. Coach Yong was very caring and knowledgeable, taught really well. Highly recommended!

In Bangkok for a few weeks and training here almost every day. The gi and nogi classes are great, coach Yong is amazing! Great pressure style and has attention for every individual student. The gym also has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I felt at home from day 1. Recommend training here a lot and I’ll come back every time I am in Bangkok to train here for sure!

What a wonderful experience it has been. I came to POM Gym without any prior experience in BJJ and was welcomed with open arms by Coach Yong and all the other members. Everyone was super helpful during the two months I’ve been training with them. I couldn’t have hoped for a better environment to start my BJJ Journey and can’t wait to be back in March to learn more from Coach Yong, Coach Baki and all the Ladies & Gentleman I’ve met and going to meet.
