The only good thing here is it's quite affordable; however, it pairs with very bad staff, slow response customer service. This place is hard to find for first timer. (there are multiple elevator at this place, u need to take the correct one) first time here and i got cancel from the class because i cannot find this place, and no one in LINE OA answer me for 20 mins, which i still got the wrong answer.

Their policy was changed without any consent from clients. The price for extend package increased dramatically from 1000 to 2500 thb from 2025 to 2026. If you got surgery, you CANNOT leave even you have medical certificate. Staffs can do nothing, just only said it depends on DATA team. If you want to join this studio, I warn you. There are too many restrictions.

Terrible customer service!! Will not be repurchasing another package even though I’ve been a customer for over a year here now. The management is inflexible and unwilling to help customers. They only care about their rules and do not offer solutions to any issues you may have. If your class is at 6:30, and you show up even a minute after 6:35 you cannot enter the class but it will be cut from your package. Even if you call them in advanced to notify why you’re running late (rainstorm, bangkok traffic, office etc.). Perfect example of how you lose customers in a service based industry. There are many Pilates studios in Bangkok with better service, especially if you’re a non-Thai speaker I’d recommend you find another studio.
