About

A spacious, clean Thai restaurant in Ari with Michelin Guide recognition. The panaeng curry with pork and southern Thai spicy yellow curry are consistent draws. Kitchen stops taking orders around 8:30 PM, so arriving before 8 is worth keeping in mind.

This place is super clean and surprisingly huge, with plenty of space to sit comfortably. Just a heads up, come before 8 PM because they stop taking orders around 8:30 PM. Food came out quickly after ordering, which I really appreciated. Another big plus is that they cook without MSG, seasoning powder, or oyster sauce, and the food still tastes amazing. No “chemical” aftertaste, just real flavor. What I tried today was the yellow curry with papaya and shrimp, and it was seriously delicious. Proper Southern-style flavor, bold and comforting, and the shrimp were big and fresh. I also ordered the rice salad, only 150 baht, and it was great value and very satisfying. The old-style fried pork was another winner, crispy and tasty. I also liked their stir-fried vegetables with shrimp. The shrimp were huge and high quality, totally worth the price. There are lots of interesting dishes on the menu too, so I definitely want to come back and try more. Highly recommended if you want Southern Thai food with great ingredients and a clean, comfortable setting.

After an uneventful search for food at Bangsue Junction, we turned to the Michelin Guide App and discovered this gem. We tried the highly recommended panaeng curry with pork, southern Thai spicy yellow curry with sea bass, green curry with grilled pork neck, deep-fried crab rolls, and deep-fried sea bass—and every dish was outstanding. Each was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, with all our dishes arriving piping hot and on time, which can sometimes be a challenge in Thailand, especially when ordering multiple items. Best of all, the prices weren’t extortionate, especially considering it’s a Michelin- recommended restaurant. This place is definitely worth a visit for anyone craving authentic Thai flavors done right.

My 3rd visit within a year and II always have a pleasant meal here. All very tasteful and balanced in an authentic and high quality of Thai cuisine. The decent atmosphere is relaxing and the service is friendly & thoughtful. The only slight con that I thought was the portion that may be too small for kids (and me) but it’s about right for my mum. I like Kai Pa Loh the most but this round I came here with a girl friend and she really liked Ka Nom Jeem Sao Nam. I also appreciated the addition of a ton of veggies in Kao Man Som Tam. Words don’t do this place enough justice, pls cone to experience by yourself. I will be back!
