Popped in for the 8am Ab Lab class with K.Not ✨ The sunlight in the studio was perfect for a morning workout, and the space itself is beautiful, clean, and very aesthetic. The Reformd team were very welcoming and helpful when it came to purchasing packages and getting set up. Such a great start to the day 🌞Prices are super reasonable for the area 🥹 my fav studio for sure

“ Best Pilates studio in Bangkok! 💪” Ive been to lots and I mean lots of Pilates studio This one is simply so vibey elegant and clean! 🤍 best Pilates instructor (in my opinion) is preech and Tina!! ✅ They always patient, kind and attentive with EVERYONE! (even you are new) 💖 There’s a lot of class to choose from, from beginner to hard core! Anyone who says Pilates doesn’t make you stronger, these classes just prove you wrong ! ❤️‍🔥 Give this studio a try and you won’t be disappointed! ✨ Near bts phrom phong too!

Easily the best pilates studio in the heart of Bangkok! I have been practicing here for almost a year now and every class has always been a great experience leaving me feeling stronger and better every time! My usual go to instructor is Kru Tina. I love and enjoy her teaching style and how every class is the right level of challenge. Outside of class she is also so friendly and nice to talk to. The best vibes here! Highly recommend a visit
