James and Sabrina made the whole process so easy, and stress free. We travelled with our dog from UK to Bangkok and they sorted all the import paperwork and told us clearly what they needed at each step. They also helped us sort a place to stay overnight and a pet taxi to take us on to Ko Samui. Highly recommend them.

Relo4paws made moving my dog from Thailand to Canada seamless for an otherwise daunting task. They were extremely informative and helpful and even came to pick my dog up from our hotel and took him to the airport for his tests and paperwork. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance and help. I highly recommend Relo4paws to anyone needing to move their pet to another country.

This service was an absolute lifesaver for me and my 4 month old Basset hound puppy Giles. I got my pup in Thailand and in all the excitement accidentally overstayed my visa so we had to leave the country on super short notice (I had 7 days to get everything together) and they got all the documents prepared for the flight, transported us to the health check, took us to the airport and got us checked in on the day so everything was as smooth and painless as possible! They turned what would have been a super stressful and overwhelming process into a really easy and smooth experience. I was impressed with how they responded promptly to all my questions and concerns and reassured me every step of the way; including even providing the crate at a way cheaper cost than other places I found. I seriously can't recommend or thank them enough. Sabrina and James, you guys are awesome. If me and Giles are ever back in Thailand I will use this service no question.
