Initially it didn’t go very well, there was delay without notice, then I followed up with them through email and here. Now it turn out the delay was caused by background checks from Public Security Bureau. Now everything is settled, I got my certificate. Although the whole process is not that perfect, but pretty good after communication, thanks for your service as a whole ~

Outstanding result. We got our application rejected 3 time and lost all the hope. We went to consulted which is free of charge. They explain to you very clear. We decided to retain the service with them and no regret. However, they are very busy which you may need to be on hold for sometime. The best is to send them an email and they will get back within few days. After application is submitted they will give you a government receipt which you can track it online is even more easy not need to call them to check. On the interview date they also sending they representative to interview with us. Finally after 20 months, me and my partner can be together. Thank you again. Worth it the fee every penny that we paid.

Perfect communication and excellent service. The replies were very quick and all the steps were clearly directed! Pretty much recommended for whom need a Thai police clearance certificate. Also the price is reasonable and compatible as I have reached out to some other agencies. I got the document copy less than in week, and the shipment to my place (Taiwan) from Bangkok, just one night, can you believe it? Super good!
