Highlights: • The Food: Excellent execution on the Heirloom Tomato Salad, Grilled seabas, and Galician Octopus. Ingredients were fresh, and the textures were perfect (crisp skin on the fish, tender octopus). • The Service: Khun Chompunut deserves specific recognition. Her service was anticipatory, knowledgeable, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
