About
Ringer Hut in Phrom Phong is an authentic Nagasaki-style ramen and tonkatsu chain with an improved menu. The restaurant appeals to both Japanese customers and visitors seeking quality Japanese comfort food at fair prices.
The katsu features tender pork beneath a crispy, golden crust. Pricing remains competitive compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area, making it an accessible choice for those seeking reliable, well-prepared Japanese cuisine.
Ringer Hut is an authentic Nagasaki ramen brand recently arrived in Bangkok, which means the menu has been expanded and refined beyond the original offering. Japanese families populate the dining room on weekends, a reliable signal that the kitchen respects the source cuisine. Options span dry stir-fried ramen, traditional soup-based styles, and accompanying Japanese dishes at fair pricing.

Gyuza is very good. So are miso ramen and Champong. However food here a tad too salty.

The food was very good and something that we were not used to. Many new options to choose from. Prices were fair, but I noticed a bottle of beer was twice as much here as other places in the area.

Very good katsu. The meat was tender and the crust was crispy. The price is also relatively cheap compared to other brands. Recommended place if you want to eat good katsu
