Worldclass food. The food was so fresh and perfectly nice presented. One would say it was just the Peninsula style. Really outstanding. Nestled along the river with a nice view it can’t get any better. Certainly going back.

Our experience at the Peninsula Hotel Bangkok was truly exceptional from start to finish. The service level was the top — attentive, professional and genuinely caring. Every staff member made us feel special and well taken care of. incredible Sunset Cocktail Cruise was memorable for us with buffet dinner at River Cafe & Terrace after it. The variety of food was astonishing, with an impressive selection of grilled seafood, succulent meats, and a wide array of delicious options that satisfied every palate. A special thank you to Manager Sitthichai, who went above and beyond to organize a birthday celebration for my husband. His attention to detail and personal touch made the occasion truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and warm hospitality. Overall, the Peninsula Hotel Bangkok exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, superb service, and an unforgettable dining experience.

I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying a decadent breakfast at The Peninsula Bangkok today. One is truly spoilt for choice with the vast selection available. Whether one desires vegetarian or non-vegetarian, hot or cold dishes, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, or juices, you name it, and it is there. They even accommodate specific requests, such as tailoring your omelette to be made with egg whites only. However, it was not just the breakfast that was outstanding, but also the customer service, which was at its absolute peak. For instance, after I had finished my hot meal and brought some fresh fruit to the table, a staff member named Tui was so attentive that she approached and asked if I would like my cutlery changed. She promptly replaced it for me. This is customer service on another level, and I was highly impressed. Other staff members were also incredibly pleasant, checking in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. A truly 5-star experience.
