Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ

We didn't come here before because of the insanely high prices, but recently I found them on Eatigo for 50% off, so we went and gave it a shot. It's very clear that this is a hotel-run restaurant, and they are missing a lot of staples that one would expect to find in an American style BBQ joint - no pulled pork, no baked beans, no potato salad, etc. They actually don't have many side dishes at all. But the management and service here is very good. For example, since we were sharing the platters, we didn't want to double up on fries and other side dishes, so we asked the server about other options, and he offered to give us more meat and no sides for the same price on one of the platters. Very nice gesture! Our main entrees were all very good, especially the beef brisket. Sides weren't really anything special. They could really improve in that area. Beers are outrageously overpriced, especially the Vana and German taps. Cocktails are relatively more reasonable and strong enough. No wine options, as far as I could tell. Honestly, I would probably choose The Smoking Pug every time over this place, especially at regular price, but I would choose this one over Roadhouse BBQ down the street. But a few tweaks to their menu, side dishes, and beer prices could change all that. This place has a lot of potential.

A weak 4/5 rating for this restaurant. Nice beer, I like the thai crispy boy beer Nice food, but my brisket burger is a little dry. Ice appearance though. The BBQ sauces are boring. The mustard sauce is nice. The side salad was a little boring. The sallad leaves were too big and hard to eat.

Absolutely flawless! The food was incredibly delicious. The ribs were perfectly tender, literally falling off the bone with ease. I loved the variety of sauces—they complemented the dish perfectly. The steak was superb, and the potatoes had a unique, refreshing flavor. On top of that, the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were very attentive, polite, and provided excellent service.
