This is a very nice SaladStop in an even nicer shopping center. It has the same menu and consistent quality as the one in EMSPHERE. It’s tasty, well proportioned and served, and the service is solid. I would have come here more often if it was closer to me. As an added bonus, it’s right next to Rise Coffee for a great espresso and pastry after your healthy lunch!

Good healthy food. I got a custom salad ordered. It takes a little time, but worth it. Not salty or sugary. The sauce is put on the side for you to decide how much you want. The upstairs was completely empty so I had it all to myself. They have USB ports there at each table so well setup for the nomad workers.

Chicken tender wasn’t crispy at all, the food taste just okay and the “self service” thing is definitely a NO especially if you sit on the second floor. I’ll definitely choose salad factory over this place any time.

very disappointed for a resturant in thailand ( even if it is just a salad ) i had 3 items ( i belive i opted out the free stuff as well such as the vegetable items ) instead of being generous they just gave the minimum QTTY i asked for mixed salad , i still got the option of romain lettuce, 60 grams of rice and tuna u picked which is ok .. they put the plastic dressing inside ( unhygienic it touched the meat items ) 300 THB usually provides a good meal it’s my second time and def the last time as a food lover to grab food here .. would assume they would care for tourist better .. i did question the QTTY they spoke in thai among each other and laughed .. staff quality , very poor and that’s the second time i noticed when asked questions they laugh .. instead of improving language skills and customer care and service recovery
