About

A Ratchada restaurant with warm dark wood interiors and soft lighting that creates an elegant, unhurried mood. The vongole is a standout that regulars return for repeatedly. Solid Italian cooking at a price that feels fair.

I really enjoyed my time at Salvia — a place that feels grounded, elegant, and quietly reassuring from the first moment. The interior sets the tone beautifully. Warm, dark wood finishes, soft lighting, and thoughtful spacing create an atmosphere that feels strong yet approachable. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can settle in comfortably, whether for a relaxed date night or a long, unhurried dinner. The food was satisfying in a very comforting way. The Pizza Cotto stood out immediately — Italian cooked ham, mushrooms, truffle ricotta, and parsley coming together in a flavour that felt rich yet balanced, indulgent but not heavy. Dessert was the highlight for me. The Crostata di Mele with Limoncello was simply lovely — buttery, gently sweet, with a bright citrus note that lingered beautifully. A dessert that feels thoughtful rather than overwhelming. Salvia is one of those places you leave feeling content — good food, calm atmosphere, and a sense of care in every detail. A restaurant I would happily return to and recommend.

I had lunch at the restaurant today and ordered beef carpaccio, vongole pasta and squid ink pasta with Boston lobster. Beef carpaccio was very nice. The lobster was fresh and tasty. The vongole, however, was very salty. The waitress was very kind and offered to make us a new one. The new one, unfortunately, was not much different. I noticed in a review below that the reviewer mentioned the pasta was bland, which I found was the complete opposite! I must say service was great and I will probably give this restaurant a second chance.

Definitely worth the price! This place is always my comfort restaurant ever. I went there many times and still want to go back again.🥹 The best vongole i ever had! Nice spot Nice service. They didn't have Calamari in menu ,but i asked the chef if he can make it for me and can't believe he did! I love it!

One of the restaurants in Hyatt Erawan Hotel in which is so crowded and recommended to make the reservation. The atmosphere is so impressive as well as the good service mind from staffs and chefs. For the food, the taste is so-so (frankly speaking) and pricey. Overall, it is the good italian restaurant for special occasions or meet up with friends.
