Edit to restaurant: Once again, i want to emphasize that your staff did not mention anything about waiting time during order, nor did she explain when we ask her why the dish was not served yet. We did not ask to 'expedite' we only asked why it's taking so long cause we were not informed. Of course the fish is partially consumed how else would i know the middle is uncooked? --- We ordered several dishes, including the salt-baked fish. When we were 70% done, we asked about the fish once, they acknowledge but didnt come back to us. 15 mins later, we mentioned that we would like to cancel it if it was not ready. The fish was served shortly, but while eating we found that the middle was still raw. The staff offered to recook it, but we decided to proceeded with payment as we were already done eating at this point. We asked politely if a discount could be given for the fish, but were told that the dish normally requires 40 mins to prepare (this was not communicated to us when ordering). The cashier's tone was rude. Overall, the food was average, and the service experience could be improved to avoid this bad experience.
