Seasoning (Chua Phloeng Road) It’s been a while since Seasoning on Chua Phloeng Road underwent a major renovation, and I finally got the chance to visit today! Parking & Atmosphere Convenient Parking: They now have a dedicated, fully fenced parking area right beside the restaurant. It can accommodate roughly around 10+ cars, which is quite generous. New Layout: From the parking lot, it takes less than a minute to walk to the restaurant. The newly renovated space features a slightly elevated dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering a nice view of the surroundings alongside live music performances. Karaoke: For those looking for private entertainment, they also offer private karaoke rooms in the private room zone. The Food & Pricing The menu offers a great mix of Thai and Western dishes. Best of all, the original kitchen team is still behind the stove, so every dish remains as delicious and flavor-packed as ever! Note on Price: Prices lean toward the higher side, but it’s totally justified given the comfort, convenience, and full entertainment experience all in one place. Recommended Dishes Salmon Larb (Spicy Salmon Salad): Perfectly balanced and rich in flavor. Herb-Crusted Snapper (Deep-fried Snapper with Thai Herbs): Cleverly pre-sliced into bite-sized pieces for easy eating. Crispy Chicken with Lemon Sauce: Comes in satisfyingly large, crispy portions. Stir-fried Hong Kong Kale in Oyster Sauce: Executed to perfection, truly authentic to Hong Kong standards! Onion Rings: Wonderfully crisp and crunchy. I’ve been here with friends and families. Never once I was disappointed. Love this place. The food is excellent! Authentic, clean, and reasonable. Room to improve; they should add more options on desserts.
