A long-established Korean restaurant with truly authentic and delicious food. The samgyeopsal and woogyeopsal are especially amazing! The unlimited Korean side dishes and kimchi are full of flavor and taste just like in Korea. The food is so authentic that it’s highly appreciated even by Korean visitors. I’ve been coming here regularly ever since a friend introduced me to this place. The kimchi jjigae and galbi are outstanding, and it’s easy to see why there are so many loyal regulars who never get tired of coming back. The service is excellent — both the owner and the staff are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The pajeon, japchae, and noodle dishes are also absolutely delicious. Note: When ordering makgeolli, it may sometimes be served mixed with juice, so be sure to specify how you’d like it.

Seoul Jib: Bangkok’s Original Korean Soul Kitchen Step into Seoul Jib and you’re stepping into history—Thailand’s first Korean restaurant, still quietly setting the gold standard for soulful, home-style Korean cuisine. This isn’t just food—it’s comfort crafted with precision. Every dish channels the warmth of a Korean mother’s kitchen: meticulous, heartfelt, and built on top-tier ingredients. The owner, a true Korean matriarch, personally oversees the experience with grace and generosity. 🔥 Must-Try Highlights: - Kimchi Pork Stew: Silky pork belly simmered to perfection in rich, balanced kimchi broth. Paired with rice, it’s dangerously addictive. - Grilled Meats: Rib cuts marinated to melt-in-mouth tenderness, bouncy beef tongue, and fresh sides with three stellar dipping sauces. - Pajeon: Crispy Korean pancake with shrimp and scallion—simple, elegant, and endlessly snackable. ✨ Bonus Gems: - Kimbap: One classic version, perfectly proportioned. - Steamed Egg: Korean-style—firm, fluffy, almost cake-like. - Fish Soup: Bold, briny, and best enjoyed with tofu. - Japchae: Springy glass noodles with deep umami. - Banchan: Four generous side dishes, refillable, with standout papaya kimchi. 💸 Prices lean premium, but the quality soars. Free 1-hour parking adds convenience. Grilling is done tableside by staff, and complimentary Korean tea rounds out the experience.
