I really like the soup, sauces, and ingredients here. Everything feels more customized and higher quality compared to many other shabu places, and the prices are very reasonable too. I’ve visited many times because overall the food is consistently good. The only thing I’d like to suggest improving is the service regarding orders. Almost every time I visit, there are missing items that were not served, even though they still appear on the bill. Sometimes I also need to repeatedly call the staff to confirm my order before receiving everything. The staff are always polite and nice, which is why I keep coming back, but when you’re really hungry, it can get a little frustrating to deal with. Overall, still one of my favorite places and I’ll definitely continue visiting!

I was disappointed with the overall service experience. The staff and manager did not demonstrate the level of friendliness, attentiveness, or customer care that I would expect.During my visit with my wife, we had different dining preferences, and the proposed solution was for us to sit at separate tables. I believe there were more customer-friendly ways to handle the situation. When I offered a suggestion, it was not seriously considered, and the manager did not make an effort to assist in finding a reasonable solution. The issue itself was straightforward and could have been resolved easily. Unfortunately, the lack of service mindset turned a simple situation into an unpleasant experience. As a result, I am unlikely to visit again.

Visited on May 1st (public holiday) with high expectations. Pros * Excellent beef. At 799 per person, the Australian striploin quality is great and definitely worth it. Cons * Severely understaffed. Surprising for a well-established restaurant, especially on a holiday. * Long wait despite empty tables. Around 30% of tables were uncleared while guests were waiting. * Slow and inconsistent service. Orders arrived randomly—sometimes fast, sometimes very late. * No staff available to take orders. Everyone was constantly moving, with no one attending customers. To the owner, Staffing is critical for a buffet restaurant. If not ready, it’s better not to offer it. The food and price are good, but the experience suffers when customers have to keep chasing their orders.
