Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant

Shang Palace serves really good food with great flavors, and the service was awesome. There was an older gentleman on the team who took amazing care of us and really made the experience stand out. Overall, a solid spot for tasty Chinese food and warm service.

Shang Palace at the Shangri-La Hotel remains a premier destination for authentic Cantonese cuisine, especially for those hosting large gatherings. Their assorted dim sum selection is a good option featuring good-quality ingredients that stay true to traditional flavors. What makes this venue particularly impressive is its capacity for group events; the spacious private rooms can comfortably accommodate 20 or more guests, providing a nice atmosphere for family celebrations.

Very classy and glamorous restaurant with extensive crystal chandeliers and very yummy traditional Chinese food. The staff members were attentive - to the point of going out of the way to bring back ice cream dessert from a gelato shop downstairs for one of our guests. We ordered the Peking goose. The skin was crispy and the reuse of the goose meat for our second dish was surprisingly excellent. All in all, our guests were impressed by the food and my partner and I were very pleased to have chosen this restaurant for our social event.
