Did my first private class today and it was excellent. Clean gym, nice big space. Started with stretching and 10 minutes skipping, then a little bag work and into i think four or five rounds of intense pads, 3 rounds of good level sparring with Kru Kop, and finished with a genuinely useful mini fitness circuit. Very good value. Very good training. Booked a pack of 10 immediately. Thanks!

Hands down the best Muay Thai gym I’ve trained at in Thailand. I’ve trained in Koh Samui and Chiang Mai, both traditional and modern gyms, and this place stands out immediately. The environment is professional, focused, and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely care about their students. Every session is well structured with a coach-led warm-up, rounds on the bag and mitts, conditioning, and a proper cool-down. Additionally, they have sparing classes available. You get the chance to put your practice in play! The attention to detail says a lot. Gloves are replaced every six months, which speaks to their standards and hygiene. After my first session, I bought a one-month package even though I’m only here for two weeks. If you’re in Bangkok and want serious training, a strong team, and a top-level facility, this is the place.
