Good gym, very large with everything plus a sauna. Costs 600 Baht though($17.71) which is quite pricey. Also, to find it you go into the parking garage and take the elevator to the 11th floor.

Been working out at this place more than half a decade. Found this gym so convenient for me (and other medical/health personnels including medical students) after working time with very reasonable annual fee. Sauna and streaming rooms are also available and vacant oftentimes. Please avoid the busy hours (3 pm - 7 pm) or you’ll become frustrated with those muscular maniacs 😂

Great clean decent gym, Full of equipment you need to build your muscles or relax. But there's something that you might need to know about this gym; - the price: it's kinda overpriced tbh. 540THB for a day pass, only at least 6 months membership and it cost 11K THB. I know it's expensive, don't attack me 🙌 - it's Hospital's gym that provides for their staff. So >90% of members are working here. If you want to workout quietly and feel like you own the gym i recommend you to come here from 8am-3pm but if you like it to be more challenging, check the vibes and show off a little bit (nothing wrong with that, you deserved it!)-you should come later than that. - they also have a sauna and steaming room/shower room, and many cardio/yoga classes that you could join (check the classes schedule prior on their's Facebook page). But for a day pass member, there are no towels provided so i suggest you to bring your own. - the way to this gym is a little bit tricky: located on the 11th floor of the parking building. Just keep looking for the elevator and you'll get there! Anyways, if there are any questions please feel free to ask. I'm just a member here that wanted to share information in English. Don’t get me wrong this is a nice establishment. But trying to get a membership has been hell, let alone trying to find this place was also hell. I originally talked to someone of FB messenger letting them know I was a student trying to get a membership. They sent me the prices and didn’t really know anything else because they ended our conversation saying welcome to our gym. So I went to the gym for the first time thinking I can just do some paperwork and pay. I go there and they give me paperwork and say that I have to get a medical check up in order to join, which is fine whatever kinda weird. They also mention needed a passport photo copy, which I asked if it was okay to send digitally through messenger and they said yes. I finally have time to go get a check up which was around $41 USD. I go to the gym for a second time and the lady proceeds to tell me the membership fee for me would be double the price of what I thought, I don’t care about the prices but I’m just really frustrating with the lack of communication and care. Then she also mentions that I can’t send my photo ID through messenger. I understand they do things differently here but it’s been so frustrating, all I wanted to do is workout BRUHH. (Also such a hassle to find a place for my checkup)

It's a bit hard to find in the hospital area, not cheap at all. But it was a good workout, air conditioning and not crowded.
