Before I moved to Thailand I researched yoga studios and found SIVA. Great studio. Has a peaceful vibe that you will feel. They offer different levels of classes. Oliver and Jasmine are excellent at guiding you. With encouragement and gentle adjustments, they can take you further than you think you can go… grateful for that. Yeah, I dig this place.

I had a wonderful experience in the crystal bowl class with Jasmine. She explains everything clearly and is very approachable. The studio is serene and beautifully arranged a truly relaxing and inspiring place to learn.✨️

sunrise stretch class was really good. helped my stuck and stiff muscles to be stretched and released. felt much lighter and rejuvenated after class. certain moves can be challenging but never pressured or intimidating.
