Horrendous Online Transaction and Communication Refund not Received after Almost Two Months I ordered from their website last June 17, 2025. I did not receive any confirmation and/or tracking details through email, and I waited for a couple of days thinking that they might be busy. When they finally replied THREE WEEKS LATER (after ignoring messages), they said that they did not have the material of the product I ordered, so they claimed that they refunded the payment on June 18th (a day after I ordered, and they did not tell me). However, up until this day, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED any refunds at all and they continue to IGNORE calls and messages. Went to their store last year in-person and it was a lovely experience, however this online transaction was the total opposite. As a student working part-time and worked hard to earn the money and order from them, I feel like I got cheated and scammed. [Update] After over two months, they sent an apology and other options that they could send me instead of the original order. The communication was so much better, too. On top of that, they added a pair of shorts to the order. Plus, the items arrived quickly! I appreciated the effort to mend the situation.
