A very nice and impressive pilates place I found! - The instructors are very nice and good at what they’re doing — able to explain the posts cleary and attentive. - The class’s flow is fun and challenging (to both me & my muscles) - The place is clean with good ambience. And all the tools are standardized as well.

Amazing studio I discovered just when I arrived in Bangkok - already had two group classes with amazing instructors A and Oil 🫰🏼 The interior is so cute btw.
