The service was really nice and polite, and they served good side dishes. Surprisingly, I loved their pumpkin pancake so much — I even asked for a refill three times 🤣. I also liked how they had Maldon salt and kompot pepper at the spice station, which is rare for a restaurant. The cold noodles (Mul neangmyeom) were also good. Just one point: the pork I ordered was a bit too fatty for me, but everything else was great! Plus, free parking 🙌

The beef set was really worth, quality wise and price, side dishes were delicate. Fruit bingsu was nice as well. The waitress had a frown face and didnt feel like we were welcome. However, service from most of staff were friendly and attentive, especially Polo.

Came to this Korean restaurant with high expectations, as many people had described it as the best Korean food they’ve had in Thailand. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food itself was average at best and did not live up to the reputation. The service, however, was the real issue. The restaurant was not busy, yet the staff severely burnt all of the meat while grilling. Instead of replacing it, the server simply flipped the meat over, cut off the burnt portions, and continued to serve it to us. They then casually added two small pieces of meat, which were not even from the same cut as the burnt one. After we requested a proper replacement, a new plate of meat was brought out, but no one came to grill it for over ten minutes. As a result, we waited nearly half an hour without being able to eat. For a restaurant where Korean BBQ is the signature, this level of unprofessionalism was difficult to understand. More disappointing than the mistake itself was how it was handled. The lack of care and the inadequate compensation reflected a clear absence of respect for the guests. Choosing to dine here on the last day of this year, we had hoped for a pleasant experience, but instead left feeling regretful and let down.
