The teachers are very friendly and dedicated in each class. I had good experiences here and I actually love the studio. Everything is worth the price. However, I had some issues with booking the classes with the studio. Sometimes the teacher was not available/the rooms were not available for use therefore I could not book the classes per my availability. This leads to me having to postpone the classes to other slots or could not have the classes at all. I bought 30 classes per year and was notified that my package was running out only a month before the deadline. I myself did not plan well and had many personal constraints hence I could not really make it for many classes and could not finish the package. Although it was partially due to my bad planning, I also wish that the studio could offer more availability to me instead of limited availability of rooms and teachers that I experienced. I think it is unfair to me that I paid for private classes but was not able to book some classes when I was available. I hope that the studio could improve this process and manage this better in the future.
