Amazing dinner here and I love the story of the woman chef/owner wanting to bring her eastern Thai cuisine to the big city. I had the barracuda salad with peanut dressing - wow! And the noodles with soft shell crab. Both delicious.

This was our last dinner before flying home tomorrow, we got to know this place, Chef Pam from Potong recommended in one of her videos, so here we are. As usual we stick to one meat, one seafood one vegetable. The Trat’s famous sweet n sour pork belly stew w/ Chamuang leaves were superb and paired well with rice. We also picked the stir fried lump crabmeat w/sweet yellow chilli green bean and also the seabass deep fried with salt n pepper was also awesome. Overall enjoyable meal, the menu is extensive and I’m sure each dish is special.

I ran into this place because it is near my buddy’s place that just moved there. Lo and behold, it is an absolute jewel. Beautiful decor, top notch service and the food was amazing. This place tends to push the limits of thai taste and I mean in the fermented side. This is actually what it’s known for and a top rec of a foodie friend of mine who knows BKK well. A must visit! And I heard it’s a place for some cool local peeps as well. Enjoy!
