I learned at a beginner class, the teacher’s really caring — always checking if we’re doing okay or if anyone’s hurt. The classroom’s clean , small bathroom and the admin’s really nice and helpful.

Best Pilates class I've taken in Bangkok - sessions are well structured, and focused on proper form and technique. Instructor explains everything clearly and pushes you to improve without overdoing it. Highly recommend for everyone who wants result oriented class rather than a casual stretch session.
