鮨割烹 いし本 Sushi Kappou Ishimoto

I found this restaurant while searching for Japanese food on Google Maps, and it did not disappoint. The sushi is well prepared and made with good-quality ingredients. While it can’t be compared to the quality and variety of fish in Japan, it is definitely very good by standards outside Japan. Every course in the Sushi Omakase Jou menu was excellent. The cooked dishes are also tasty. From the à la carte menu, I particularly enjoyed the deep-fried yam, futomaki, sautéed octopus, and warabi mochi. The drinks menu is also excellent, with a good selection of Japanese alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The chefs and service staff are warm and attentive. I would gladly return when I’m in the area again.

I visited a sushi spot in Thonglor on a friend's recommendation, and it was my first time there. I opted for the omakase menu, and the experience was delightful from start to finish. Each piece of sushi was a masterpiece with perfectly tempered rice and beautifully fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and I felt truly welcomed by the attentive staff. The array of sushi and kappou dishes was impressive, with plenty of à la carte options that cater to every mood and preference😊 I look forward to returning and trying their seasonal specials next time!
