Classic Teochew restaurant in Chinatown Bangkok. Very popular with locals and tourists. Food was tasty and service was good. The staff were able to communicate in mandarin or English. Prices were reasonable too. The roasted pork is their signature dish. Be sure to order that!

Old school Chinese restaurant that transport me back to 1980s in SG. Felt nostalgic as my childhood was in that era. Came before 1700hrs and we are the 2nd customer group in the restaurant. Food was authentic Teochew style and it suits my tastebud. There is one uncle who speaks good Mandarin and gives good recommendations on the dishes to order. The only cons in this restaurant is the place smells of sewage which might be due to heavy rain on that day and they only accept cash. The young boss can speak English very well if you need help.

Old school teochew restaurant in the heart of Chinatown, we have been visiting this restaurant for years whenever we visited Bangkok. They definitely don’t stinge with ingredients, oyster omelette was filled with so much plump juicy oysters. Sharks fin soup as well. Service is prompt, food arrives quick and fresh from the wok. Flavour wise- we thought it had declined through the years. It is on the tamer side of things and needs more oomph.
