TAPAS by NAN Charcoal Grill

As my millions of loyal viewers already know that when I review a place I dissect it, nothing escapes my radar. I rate everything from (1) "total disaster, run for your life" to (10) "absolute legend book it twice" Ok folks, Buckle up, Let’s dive into this one... * Staff & Service :- (7/10) Staff are ok but seemed not happy much with their work. The servers were not as attentive as they should be. * Food Quality / Quantity & Taste :- (1/10) The food was served not as hot as should be, portion sizes was less then acceptable not as expected, the taste totally fell of expectations and didn’t quite match how they appeared on the menu. They would need a lot of improvement in consistency. * Comfort & Atmosphere :- (4/10) Seating was not particularly comfortably, the table arrangement felt a bit cramped and lacked flow. The atmosphere was rather dull and lacked energy, with no background music as it’s open area within the mall so sounds would come from every directions. It could definitely benefit from a warmer, more inviting ambiance to enhance the overall dining experience. * Cost & Value for Money :- (3/10) While the portion sizes were was not as generous as it should be, the overall pricing were quite high for the experience offered. Given the taste inconsistencies and lack of ambiance, it didn’t quite feel like great value for money. A price adjustment could make the experience more justifiable. * Cleanliness & Hygiene :- (8/10) The restaurant appeared clean overall tables, cutlery, and surroundings were well-kept with no visible concerns. However, being in an open area inside the mall, you may expect uninvited flies occasionally hovering around. While this is understandable in such a setting, it was still a bit annoying and worth mentioning as part of the full experience. Over all I would have to give a rate of 1 star at this point. - Would I Visit Again? I am sorry to say NO I would not. There are a lot of areas that could use improvement, the overall experience was negative enough to never bring me back. - Would I Recommend This Place? No I would not, I can’t Recommend something weren’t satisfied. Hopefully these negative comments could encourage the restaurant’s owner to locate their weak points and start to improve it.
