Best braised beef soup I have ever tasted!! The braised beef is so tender 10/10 Totally recommended On a first glance, I feel the beef is not taste meaty that much. Also, the soup is not intense compared to others. I think it because they use not over-fatty part meat. BUT later on.... it all just click in! Since the soup is not too greasy, it is light enough that you can eat it with the beef, which also enhance the meaty flavor that the beef is missing.
