I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the shipping team for successfully bringing my flat-faced pug to Singapore something that is known to be extremely difficult. From the paperwork, import permits, health checks, to the travel day itself, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Fantastic experience. We moved our 50kg (110lb) dog from Thailand to North America during covid, and then back again several years later. Both times the quality of the service was excellent, from the communication transparency to costing and scheduling of flights/transport etc. Highly recommended!
