I’m new to Pilates and have been trying different studios to see what suits me best. The Best Pilates truly lives up to its name. During the trial session, they offered an InBody scan, which was helpful in understanding where I can improve for a healthier body. Instructor Valai was kind, attentive, and very detail-oriented. She took the time to clearly explain what each exercise was for, which made the session easy to follow—especially as a beginner. Correct form really matters in Pilates, and she made sure of that. The facility is top-notch; it honestly feels like walking into a 5-star hotel. They even offer drinks, which is a nice extra touch. Overall, a great experience!
