Attended the hoyoverse event here. The place is quite compact yet can contain a lot of people. There is a parking available on the ground behind the building.

This place is quick in changing identity, it leaped from "Clinic and Cafe" to "Golf lab and Cafe" real quick. To me, it wasn't an interesting experience neither as a gulf simulator nor as a cafe
