The Water Library

I had the pleasure of dining here in October 2025 and then again in February 2026. I'm not exaggerating when I say equisite! I'm lucky enough to have dined at Michelin starred restaraunts around the world - The Water Library is equally as impressive without the pretense. From the wonderful staff who provided seemless service to the thoughtfully prepared dishes, this would be my 'go-to' if I were local. I knew from the moment the amuse-bouche arrived, I was in for a treat. The lobster bisque was rich, flavorful with tender lobster that had not been over done. The tuna tartare with the red shiso sorbet was such a unique dish - Perfection. I also got to try the Sea Bass this time which like the rest of the meal was unforgettable in a mushroom and bacon ragout with yuzu! I wish I could remember my servers name who made some excellent wine suggestions. The Water Library will be on my "must visit' list when I return to Bangkok . My compliments to the Chef and staff

No matter quality of food and selection of wines are superb, especially the cakes and pastries are amazing. Services are hotel standard and thoughtful. Highly recommended and would love to come again. Thanks for the very kind hospitality
