I absolutely love this place 🙌🏾 It has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the instructors are amazing, kind, and truly professional. You can really feel how much they care about their students. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly, highly recommend this yoga studio 👍🏽

As a newbie to yoga, I’ve completely fallen in love with Vinyasa. The teacher creates such a comfortable atmosphere no pressure, no judgment, just encouragement to enjoy the practice. The space itself also feels very welcoming, which makes me want to keep coming back to this class. And today I finally tried a new class Mat Pilates. It seriously challenged my muscles, but I felt AMAZING afterwards. Definitely tough, but totally worth it!

The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and surrounded by a stunning garden that makes the whole experience feel very special and connected to nature. The teacher was very attentive, supportive, and professional. I felt guided the entire time and really enjoyed the class. They also offer drop-in classes, which is perfect if you’re visiting or just want flexibility. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serene space to practice 🌿✨
