I was walking back to my hotel and saw this food cart. It was pretty busy! Lots of locals were here for lunch. Portions were big, there's a covered seating area to sit down and eat at. The soup was rich and warm, I ended up adding a lot of spice and it was excellent! Would recommend, everyone was very friendly.
