This experience was so great, we were very nervous on how comfortable the bus would be, but it was amazing! We took the VIP bus, the staff were so lovely and amazing. One of the staff helped us with our very heavy bags. Our guide Party was very funny and explained everything to us so we weren’t in the dark about any information. A delicious free meal and water was provided, along with tea and coffee. The bus was so comfortable with a massage chair feature, charging ports, comfy blanket. Not too cold either which we had been warned the buses often are. Overall a great experience :)

We used travelbus Asia for our trip to Bangkok. I chose them because of the good reviews and can only agree. Everything went smoothly. They picked us up at the right time and we arrived without any delays. They offered free food at a stop. The seats were comfortable, reclining and a lot of legroom. The customer service is also available via WhatsApp and answers all questions patiently.

The journey was convenient, with professional staff and excellent driving. The new seats were very comfortable. Most importantly, we arrived at our destination on time, which was exactly what I expected.
