My shipment of household goods arrived from Toronto, Canada in early March 2026. Its arrival in Bangkok, Thailand and the process to clear customs went very smoothly and was handled entirely by the United Relocations team. The only minor glitch was the credit card link for payment of customs duties didn’t work and I paid via money transfer from my Thai bank account. If I hadn’t had a Thai bank account, I’m certain there would have been a way to resolve the credit card payment issue. What was truly outstanding was the delivery of my possessions to my apartment building and up to my apartment on the 4th floor. The team, of 4 people, arrived precisely on time and from start to finish the 76 boxes were sorted into the 4 rooms where I wanted them and delivered all in 45 minutes. They wore big smiles, the supervisor spoke excellent English and were a total delight to work with. THANK YOU Uniited Relocations Thailand team.

We had an excellent experience with United Relocations (Thailand) Co., Ltd. during our move from Bangkok, Thailand to Guatemala. Certainly not an easy task, considering that our belongings had to literally cross half of the planet. David and the sales team have been extremely proactive and attentive since the very first contact with the company and throughout the whole process, listening to our needs and adapting to our requirements, ensuring that everything went smoothly. They have been there for us providing excellent customer service, giving us all the information we needed, any relevant updates, and taking good care of all papers required for the shipment before departure and after arrival. The packing team that came to our apartment was also highly professional: the care they took in packing every single item, from large pieces of furniture to small decoration items, was impressive. They were so good that, even though the container was crossing the whole Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea and was transferred between three different ships, when we received our belongings in Guatemala, everything arrived perfectly fine. The cost of the service was very reasonable, excellent value for money. And aside from that, it was also the human side of everyone on the team that gives you that kind of calm and feeling of comfort and reliability that you need when you go through such important moving across continents. Therefore, we can only give big thanks to United Relocations (Thailand) Co., Ltd. For the great experience we had with them, and we highly recommend to anyone who is relocating and is looking for a professional and reliable company. On our side, we will certainly contact them again next time we need to move to a different country, wherever it is in the world.
