We travel a lot and have used quite a few gyms throughout Asia, never totally expecting to find anywhere as good as what's near us at home in LA. But this gym totally surprised us -- the facilities are state of the art, the equipment new and clean, the staff treat you like family, and the classes are small and well taught. And it's only $40 for a week of unlimited gym time and classes, including yoga and HIIT. Great value, great experience.

Easily one of the best (and Cleanest) places in Bangkok to go and train, As someone who tries to get in a workout at least 5 times a week this is the ultimate place for me to mix things up a bit and stop boredom from kicking in, Including a never ending swimming pool a fully equipt weight training room, stretch/yoga area; they even have a altitude spinning room for when I really want to mix things up. As a beginner of Muay Thai and generally any martial art the lessons are extremely beneficial to my workout, having noticed extreme change in my strength and stamina and generally one of the most enjoyable hours of fitness I think their is.
